Good points: Delicious afternoon tea Excellent service in the restaurant Fantastic massage Spotlessly clean sauna Bad points: Wrongly told I could only book the morning spa session when I had booked afternoon Only informed on arrival that the spa was short staffed and they were busy so our treatments were at a time later than we were due to leave - no alternative or compensation offered (not even a drink while we waited) Crammed full with guests/members in a small pool and spa area so uncomfortably busy Dirty crockery left on tables for long periods despite the restaurant, bar and terrace not being busy Massage did not last the full time Products used for treatments not in stock to buy Pool area not well maintained - flickering lightbulbs, hooks broken off the wall and paint patches left behind, pool features not working Main pool area unclean (used plaster and dead bugs around the edge)and Overall: I would return for afternoon tea but not the spa

Got married here and stayed the night before. Best time ever. Go to the spa area! It s so good! Staff were so so amazing. I don t drink, and I wasn t offered alcohol once! They all remembered and only offered me the Nosecco! So grateful. So much fun, can t thank you all enough. Can t even remember all the bits I need to thank you for because I m still walking on air, but thanks guys it was the best.

Attended for a girls spa day yesterday- truly this place is a gem of a find! The spa area is beautiful, wasnt full or crowded (especially for a sunday), the staff were all full of smiles and welcoming. A special mention to Paula who did my facial! It was magic! She is honestly so talented! Never had such a relaxing facial and face feels amazing even today. Afternoon tea was ok, we requested halal. But it was substitued for basic veg option. Would be great to extend the afternoon tea menu to inculde halal substitutes. None the less had a fab time, the grounds were beautiful, plenty of parking so 5/5 from us. Thank you utopia

Be careful of this spas policies that they rule with an iron fist. I booked a spa day as a birthday treat for myself. Booked it on Sunday for the Wednesday. Got a disastrous case of food poisoning on the Tuesday night so had to cancel. They absolutely refused to give me any sort or refund on my over £200 spend or let me change my booking or even give me any spa credit so that I would book again and spend even more money going there. So instead of having sympathy with my situation and ruined birthday and wasted days holiday from work or any customer service skills whatsoever they have decided to receive a 1 star review. So here it is......

Oh my word. I took my sons here for a spa day, and what a day we had. Great venue, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic spa amenities and very tranquil. Highly recommend if youre looking for a spa day.

We really enjoyed our stay with Rowhill Grange. We opted for the spa overnight stay. The facilities are quite good (the gym is a little dated but the pool is really nice so we stayed there). We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Rooms

Very dirty room broken handle, shower terrible water going everywhere!! spider Web everywhere, food absolutely dont even think about it to be served hear price are ridiculous . There two glass bottles water honestly I didnt touch it, it was looking like Peckham Springs so dirty looks like someone filled it up by hand hahahah !! I will never recommend this place. Reciption stuff just to get you in and take £100.00 from your card so ridiculous!!!!!There are way better places I guess around so disappointing I dont know how they got 4 star?? Rooms: Terrible!!!! Nearby activities: Not good at all. Food and drinks: Not recommended

A truly pampering and rejuvenating experience that I highly recommend to anyone in need of some self-care! My friend and I recently had the spa day experience including afternoon tea, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. We also both had an hour full body massage and their therapists provided a top-notch massage that melted away all my stress and tension. You also get other discounted services so we also both got a pedicure for around £26pp. The facilities were pristine, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the experience was impeccable. We both left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
